Annie Rosenow is a research assistant in the climate and communities practice area of the Metropolitan Housing and Communities Policy Center at the Urban Institute. Her research focuses on the intersection of land use, affordable housing, and climate mitigation and adaptation. Before joining Urban, Rosenow was a Fulbright scholar in Taiwan. She has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Rochester, where she researched the political economy of food policy and local zoning policy.
