Ben Falk is a development associate at the Urban Institute, supporting foundation relations and fundraising strategy with a focus on projects centered in equity. They also serve as an elected member of the staff Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Council, advising on the incorporation of Urban’s Race and Equity Framework into our work. Falk graduated with a bachelor of fine arts degree from the Theatre School at DePaul University, studying dramaturgy/dramatic criticism and stage direction. They previously volunteered as a co-chair for political and advocacy affairs at Asian and Pacific Islander Queers United for Action.
