Evan Spath is a senior project manager in the Income and Benefits Policy Center at the Urban Institute, where he provides project management, proposal development, and budget drafting to several research teams. Previously, Spath oversaw enterprise-wide projects and supported organizational goal setting at the District of Columbia Bar. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in political science from Binghamton University.
