Jennifer Kincheloe is a senior research associate in the Ending Homelessness practice are of the Metropolitan Housing and Communities Policy Center. Her work includes evaluating policies aimed to reduce the homelessness-to-jail cycle, provide permanent supportive housing, bolster upward mobility from poverty, and improve the health and wellbeing of vulnerable populations. Formerly, Jennifer was on the faculty at the UCLA Center for Health Policy Research where she conducted research on the Medicaid and Children’s Health Insurance Programs for 11 years.  She has unique public health and criminal justice agency experience. Jennifer is a mixed methods researcher with expertise in qualitative data collection, survey design, and cost savings analysis. She holds an MPH in Health Administration from Loma Linda University and a Ph.D. in Health Services Research from UCLA. She is also the author of the award-winning Anna Blanc Mystery Series.
