Lead Research Programmer
I am interested in evidence-based policy research and believe correct utilization of data can serve as a strong tool to monitor and evaluate policy effects and help with future policy decisions. Urban provides the opportunity to apply data analysis to exploring health care policy.

Keqin Wei is a lead research programmer in the Office of Technology and Data Science at the Urban Institute. Wei is an experienced SAS programmer interested in policy research. Before joining Urban, she was using Medicare and Medicaid data to support health care policy analysis for seven years.
